"100% Moscatel from 70-year-old vines. The wine spends four days on skins and is fermented and aged for six months in amphora. A very attractive limey and herbal nose leads to a refreshing and precise palate with some texture and grip. Pine resin and white pepper add interest. This is the best expression of Moscatel without any of the bitterness. 2024 – 2026."

"The dry white Moscatel 2023 Pureza is from old vines planted in sandy red soils. It macerated with the skins for 30 hours and matured in tinaja, where it developed some flor for six months. It’s perfumed and varietal with an earthy and spicy twist, quite pale without much effect from the skins. It comes from a warm and dry year and reached 13% alcohol while keeping a pH of 3.2 and 5.8 grams of acidity. It has a fresh and balanced palate and a dry finish with a faint bitter twist, still fresh with some citrus and a salty touch. 7,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024."
