"The 2021 Corimbo was produced with Tinto Fino from vines between 25 and 30 years of age, from small plots in La Horra, Roa and other villages around them, and it fermented in French oak vat and matured for 14 months in oak barrels, 80% French and 20% American. It comes in at 14.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.72 and 4.9 grams of acidity. It's higher pitched than the 2022 that I tasted next to it: it has an herbal hint that provides freshness, the tannins have a different quality here, and the ripeness is better here."
