"For this Soothsayers Single Ferment, Garage used two vineyards on the granitic hills of the Coastal Range in the Guarilihue zone of western Itata Valley. Fermented with native yeasts and some stems for added grip and fruit, this is a cinsault that could be categorized among the group of "serious" wines. It has a very firm structure with penetrating acidity, and it's fruity, although it also has slightly herbal flavors. A take on the variety whose structure and aromatic complexity puts it somewhat beyond the usual vinous version of fruit juice."
